Refund and cancellation policy

Wallet recharges
Money you add to your wallet is used only for HSPay fees. If you close your account, the unused balance is refunded to your verified business bank account after any amounts due are settled.
Mandate fees
A fee taken when a mandate is created is not refunded if the mandate later fails or is cancelled — unless the refund option is switched on for your account in your plan, in which case it is returned to your wallet automatically.
EMI packs
EMIs bought in a pack stay in your wallet until used. Unused pack EMIs are not refunded unless your plan says otherwise.
Charged by mistake?
Every wallet movement has a statement line. If something looks wrong, write to us with the statement line and we will reverse any charge made in error.
