What we collect
- Details of your business and the people connected to it, given during sign-up and KYC — including identity and address documents.
- Bank account details for your business.
- Your mobile number and email, and records of sign-ins and actions in your account.
- Details you give us through the website form when you ask for a demo.
Why we use it
To verify your business, to run mandates and collections you ask for, to keep your account secure, to meet legal and regulatory duties, and to contact you about your account or your demo request.
Who we share it with
Banks, payment networks and service providers who help us run HSPay, and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your data.
How we protect it
Documents are stored privately and every view is recorded. Bank account and identity numbers are encrypted and shown masked. Only the last four digits of an Aadhaar number are ever recorded.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period the law requires for financial and KYC records.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. When you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms; it is removed when you sign out.
